Villa Styles lamps are made from 90% recycled cotton pulp and 10% binder. Papier-mâché is a lightweight material, and for these lamps, it is made from a mixture of soaked cotton mass and a binder. The mass is shaped by hand into decorative lamps, which means that no two lamps are exactly alike. Then, the lamps are dried and given a protective coating.
