Bread knife with wooden handle The long, powerful blade with serrated edge of the bread knife conquers the hard bread crust and cuts through the soft interior without causing a massacre. But also hard sausages, such as salami or hard-shelled fruit are no problem with this knife. The beautiful wooden handle is made of Italian olive wood, so each knife has an individual wood grain. The blade consists of 64 layers of particularly corrosion-resistant Damascus steel, which protect a core of V-Gold-10 steel. Its extreme hardness (61±2 HRC) ensures that the blade remains sharp over the long term with appropriate care. Due to the refinement of the blade, the individual, beautiful Damascus pattern comes into its own.
